Vera Gleason I would have to say is and expert in the field of Real Estate. She is a 5 star dream agent in local knowledge, process expertise, responsiveness and in negotiation skills. I had a hard find which was 2+ acres of flat horse property which Vera made seem so simple, and my first 3 agents prior just literally gave up on me. I also recommended Vera to some friends of mine and she was able to sale their property and get them into their dream home within months. She has expertise skills in short sales, foreclosures, fannie mae and other real estate endeavors. She is really good at working with you loan process agent which is a plus, and she sticks with you even through the closing process, making sure everything goes smoothly. In the interest of full disclosure, I should note that Vera Gleason is my mother. There is obviously an inherent bias to everything I say; however, having known her for 30 years, I think I am uniquely qualified to comment on her work ethic and the quality of the service she provides. Buying a home is probably the most significant financial decision most of us will ever make. I think anyone who makes that decision without employing the services of an experienced real estate professional is just downright stupid. Vera kept me informed every step of the way. She took the time to explain every document I was required to sign (if you've never purchased property...trust me, there's a lot of them), when she could have just as easily said "just trust me, I'm your mother". Because of her advice and guidance, I purchased just the right property that has increased in value, despite the recent downturn in the market. Results like that speak louder than anything else!
